Prior to breaking ground on your project our staff will work closely with any other professionals you've previously retained such as designers, architects, engineers, building & safety, and any other tradesmen in an effort to ensure that every detail is communicated and acknowledged by all parties involved. Once finalized, we will create a budget and outline the specifications for finishes & the fixtures that you want incorporated into your project. Thereafter, we will transition into the final step of the design stage by presenting you with a 3-D rendering of your floor plan for your approval. The 3-D rendering will incorporate specific designs chosen and the various fixtures picked by you such as cabinetry style, lighting, and window locations among many other details. This will enable you to visualize an accurate representation of what the finished product will look like. We will help provide you with a professional guidance until we find the right balance of form, function and budget.
In the event that you are in need of retaining a knowledgeable architect, designer and/or engineer, we can provide you with a team of professional associates that have repeatedly worked with us on numerous projects. Our team will provide you with a flat rate which will include a comprehensive package to assist you with the design of your room addition or new development for the purpose of ushering you through the plan approval and permit process. If any corrections are deemed necessary by building & safety our architects will make sure that all of the requisite corrections are made and that your plans are re-submitted until final approval has been obtained.
